Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Cancellation of Order: Before Shipment & Refund
You may cancel an order only if the product has not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

To cancel an order:
- Login to ServerIndiaOnline website/app
- Go to Purchase Summary
- Click Order ID
- Press the Cancellation tab
Once cancellation is registered, the order will be deemed cancelled. If it is a prepaid order, the refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
Situations When Orders May Be Cancelled
- Product is out of stock.
- Restrictions on product quantities as per offers/discounts.
- Incorrect product pricing or description.
- Payment fraud suspicion.
- Incorrect or incomplete buyer address.
- Any unavoidable/unforeseeable circumstances.
A cancellation request cannot be made once the order is ready for shipment. Products opened or services delivered cannot be cancelled. However, warranty claims can be made as per the warranty policy.
Return Policy
Conditions for Returns
- Products must be returned/dispatched within 7 working days of receipt.
- Dead on arrival or major technical problems.
- Physically damaged products.
- Products deemed irreparable by service center within 30 days.
For non-repairable products, visit the nearest ServerIndiaOnline service center to obtain a Job Sheet, which must be submitted with the cancellation/return request.
Process of Returns & Refund
- Submit a return request to sales@manalicomputers.in
- Our executive will verify and arrange product pickup.
- Quality Check (QC) will be done by ServerIndiaOnline or partners.
- Refund is initiated upon successful QC, and status will be communicated by email.
The complete return cycle may take up to 15 working days.
Other Cases for Return/Replacement
- Wrong item delivered.
- Defective product (manufacturing/functional defect).
- Damaged/tampered product or packaging.
- Wrong quantity or missing parts.
Cases Where Returns/Replacement Will Not Be Accepted
- Products altered/used without prior intimation.
- Products without original packaging (tags, labels, accessories).
- Serial number tampered.
- Defective product covered under Manufacturer’s Warranty.
- Damage/missing products reported after 7 working days.
- Products sold as gifts, promotions, or samples.
All returns must include the original box and accessories in the same condition as sold. Wrongly ordered or used products are not eligible for return/refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be made to the original payment method or to a bank account provided by you. ServerIndiaOnline may decide the refund method, including RTGS.
- Refunds are processed within 15 working days from notification.
- You must prepay return shipping unless the defect is attributable to ServerIndiaOnline or in DOA cases.
- If damaged/incorrect products are received, contact Customer Care at +91-9711585401 within 10 working days.
Refund may be denied if:
- Product is damaged due to improper use by buyer.
- Items are missing from original packaging.
