Shipment Processing Time

All orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by up to 1 additional business day. Please allow extra transit time in such cases.
• If we expect a significant delay for your order, we will notify you by email or telephone using the contact information on your order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s).

Tracking numbers are usually activated within 24 hours of shipment. Use the provided tracking link in the confirmation email to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Exceptions & Notes
